93Twenty Apartments

I signed the lease early so that I could feel confident apartment would be fully ready upon my move in. I was very disappointed upon my arrival. For an apartment that should have been move-in ready anyways, and having an extra week - it wasn't.
-Things weren't cleaned like you would expect; excuse was that they had a new cleaning company.
-not all painting was completed
-paint splatters left on floor, paint poured down kitchen sink and nothing done
-closet door fully off track and closet doors... looked a bit beat up at the top
-link traps were not cleaned in dryer
-marks on walls and blinds even prior to moving anything in
-kitchen drawers off track and tracks broken
-microwave sounds like its on its last leg (makes a humming noise while heating up)
-dishwasher sounds like it could break any moment
-sink leaking in bathroom
-shower door was off track
-Garage door has two dents and looks a bit janky when I pull up to it

I reported 90% of issues upon move-iin; seemed to go unnoticed and an excuse was made as to why. Took about a week to get anyone to even come over and look. Things were not fully fixed and has been almost 3 weeks since reporting not fully completed. The other issue that started a few weeks after move in is still un-recognized.

Buildings are more run down than they appear in the pictures. Pool area could use some make-over. Hot tub is not hot, it's more luke warm. Fitness center is very dirty and rundown looking. The ponds are not as nice looking as they appear. Geese actually can be nusiance I am finding.

I chose these apartments due to the garage and needing storage - very disapponted in overall experience.

Maintenance is friendly but the office doesn’t actually give them requests until weeks later, and they hardly answer the phone when you try to call. Even if you try to text, which they encourage, but again, never seem to respond. The garages are a plus, but that’s about the only thing that is. Communication with the office is horrible and they’re very rude when you actually get ahold of them because they say there’s always an emergency that needs to be handled.

The outdoor living experience is great with the fountains and duck ponds. Also, the management team is very helpful.

Extremely friendly staff. Quiet complex. Garage parking for every apartment. Maintenance staff always punctual.

These apartments are great. My wife and i needed something that has a garage and looked all over. Every thing was so much smaller than what 93 Twenty provided at a higher cost. I personally have moved from the smaller to larger apartments to suit my needs and all have been great. Staff has a amazing service and has always gone out of their way to help! They stay up to date with the finishings in the apartment and keep the outside up very nicely. I have been with them for quite awhile now and do... firmly believe these are the best value around the Tulsa area.
