Just wanted to say thanks to maintenance, they’re pretty onto it with resolving some issues I’ve had. I had an issue with my dishwasher and even though it took a couple weeks to get a new one in, Stormy installed it quick with no problem and was good with my dog. Definitely trust him!

My husband and I were without an AC the entire time we lived here, and also had unusable appliances. Maintenance refused to fix anything and even closed some maintenance requests we had made. And during our move out process, management went and told our new leasing office that we were renewing our lease with them even though we had given them a physical copy of our 60 day move out notice. Also. Every single person in the office is rude

When my fiancee, my son, and I moved in 4 years ago, the manager Barbie was on top of everything but then they moved her a few months after moving in and now these apartments have gone down hill. Roaches everywhere, mice in the walls, black substance in the bath water, electrical issues. My fiance and I have requested for our floors to be fixed after they peeled off, our oven vent wasn't even cut open so the smoke just blows back into my face when cooking, our hot water tanks leaks and get into... my 6 year old sons closet and creates mold in his room. When requesting maintenance, it takes them 3 weeks for them to come and look at it and then not do anything to fix it, our dogs somehow got fleas and I bathe them every week to prevent that. This place will rip you off every chance it gets
I was charged a $300 pet fee for a foster service dog when I moved out. I told the office about him. I was told that I didn't need to provide his documentation but I was charged anyway!
I was also charged nearly $300 for one room of carpeting that had no stains!
Absolutely ridiculous!
Don't waste your money here! They will not work with you. They lie. Then stab you!

Worst Apt I’ve ever been too , we just moved from CA And the Apt was full of death roaches and alive ones ,even coming out of the refrigerator , it was dirty and full of dust I immediately inform they only offer to clean the Apt and wait till Friday for pest control to fumigate.I requested to be move to a different unit but the girl that help me didn’t even bother to reply to my messages.
I will definitely be leaving once my lease is over.
I REGRET IT 100% MOVING MY KIDS IN HERE
A month later ,... the roaches are still over the place and spider now those animals , I’m so over it. I had a roof leak a week ago and they haven’t even bother to send somebody and fix the problem .
