Significant rate increase after first year, harassment for faulty workmanship

We have owned and maintained homes since 1999, We decided to rent for some time while we searched for our empty nest.

The grounds were often covered in dog poo (over 30 piles at one point in our small courtyard). Also, several dog breeds were on the grounds that were supposedly not allowed. Management was not overly helpful.

We had a window that poured in water for weeks without communication.

Gate was frequently non-functional and trash often overflowed.

The month-to-to month option… increased by $300 after our one year lease.

We were charged to resurface bathtubs upon leaving. One of the bathtubs was maybe used 15 times for guests.

Thankful we had the resources to move on...

All personnel go out of their way to make sure all of our needs are met. Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and professionally. We like the floorplan of our one-bedroom apartment and the location.

Not the best place to rent.

This property is not managed very well. Neighbors are super loud and I have complain but to no avail; the managers have ignored this issue from day one and I am fed up after two years. And they are not loud in a sense that they play music or TV too loud, we can’t hear sound coming from them. It’s their footsteps…they are always STUMPING. The floor boards up there are SO SQUEAKY, and one step will cause the whole ceiling to creak. I know apartments are squeaky but not to this point. This is the… first time in 7 years of renting that I've come across this issue. I would not recommend anyone to move to this place. STAY AWAY!!

Smoking

If you are looking for a non smoking place, this is not for you. People smoke and ypur apartment will stink.

Affordable Comfort

Love the look and location of my apartment complex! The cost of living here is cheap compared to other parts of the country and allows me to save a ton of money. I chose this apartment because of all of the amenities. Although there are washer/dryer hookups, I can also use the ones that are in the clubhouse. The clubhouse also has computers and printers for me to use and a workout room. The pool is great and has a few lap lanes as well. I have a fireplace and the complex is gated. Plus, the best… part is that there is a community garden where I grew fresh veggies this summer in my plot.
