Mold
I moved into these apts in February of this year. We were able to look ar another empty unit when we applied so we could see what ours would look like but we could not look at the exact one we would live in because people were living there at the time and were about to be out at the end of the month. From day one as soon as we walked into the new apt in February the smell was so bad. It was the weirdest smell took us days to figure it out. There was black stuff all over the walls and coming from... the vents. The toilet was completely covered in mold. It was so horrible in that apt. Not only was there mold but something
Was wrong with the air unit. It had a horrendous smell. It was so bad that it seeped into your clothing your skin everything. Every time I left the apt I would make sure I showered right before I left and put my clothes in a bag but my skin would still smell from that terrible apt. It was so bad our mental health was declining fast from the mold. We tried to get them to fix it they would not and refused to told us we just would have to move out they aren’t going to fix. My 7 year old daughter got nose bleeds constantly. Our mental health was so so bad. The neighbors told me the tenants before us were always fighting and had police called all the time. Now I know why. The mold is extremely dangerous in that unit and I can almost guarantee they moved someone in without fixing it when we left. We only stayed little over a month and got the hell out fast.
