Our Property Manager is Amazing!

The current property manager goes out of her way to ensure that all issues that are brought to her attention are resolved. You can tell that she truly cares about each and every resident here at Midtown Reserve. The apartments are wonderfully updated and the rental price is hard to beat. I have been living here for over 3 years and highly recommend Midtown Reserve.

Love this community!

This is a safe family friendly community, that takes pride in not allowing rift raft in. As an elderly woman, that lives alone. I feel safe here. I work weird hours and come in late at night sometimes. But I have never felt afraid to come and go here. My neighbors are great and our apartment Manager is amazing. She is friendly and always willing to help resolve any issues that may arise. I love living here. They have completely renovated the apartments and they are so nice. So if you’re… looking for a nice place to call home. Come check us out! I highly recommend it.
