Great value!

Excellent maintenance - repairs to units are done promptly.
Love the ability to park and then take elevator to my apartment. Only downside is that only 2 of the 3 elevators are working - not a big deal and told that elevators would be upgraded in the future. Been here 5 years and would not live anyplace else!

Very happy for living here!

After one year of living here at University Club Apartments, I believe it is the best place to live in Tulsa. It is clean and safe with a great community and nice employees who care about the residents very much. Definitely 5 stars.

The Complete Package: Location, Amenities, and Community

Since moving into the University Club apartments in August of 2025, I have nothing but gratitude. The office staff, maintenance crew and all of the lovely residents make life easy and enjoyable. Things I absolutely love: the incredible location with downtown, Riverside, South Boston and all highways easily accessible; incredible view of the river, clouds, and mountains; private and safe covered parking; all year round gorgeous swimming pool, outdoor kitchen and huge green space; fully outfitted… gym with 24/7 access; the sense of community; VERY comfortable movie theater with streaming channels; maintenance crew who handle everything with a smile the same day as you report it and the incredible women in the office who go above and beyond to create a sense of family and community with activities, game nights, pool parties, giveaways, holiday parties, etc. If you are looking for a place to call home, where your needs are considered and you feel part of a community, consider joining us at University Club!

Location, Location, Location!

If you like stellar views, friendly neighbors, cordial staff, and proximity to downtown, the Arkansas River, and the Gathering Place, then I'd highly recommend making this your home. Also, the large windows in the apartments are fantastic because they usher in lots of natural sunlight. I've lived here almost five years and haven't regretted making this my home.

Amazing location and views!

Living at University Club has been such a great experience! Between the stunning views, unbeatable downtown location near The Gathering Place, Oktoberfest, and fireworks, and the amazing staff who go out of their way to create fun community events. It truly feels like family here. I love the energy, the people, and the memories we’ve made!
