Do not live here. I would give it 0 stars if I could! I was there a few months and moved out early. Staff does not respond, overcharging, bugs and that were not taken seriously, safety issues, etc. The list literally goes on and on. I would not recommend living here. The staff is kind but they either do not know what they're doing or they are purposely overcharging your residents account to see if you'll pay it without questions asked. And then when they are asked about the charges and for more... information, they do not respond unless you go into the office and speak to them face to face. No emails answered, not phone calls returned, etc. The gates literally NEVER work. The units are old with paint slapped on top. Mine would flood when it rained. Pictures look 100 times better than the actual apartment. They don’t fix things that break like microwave and refrigerator. Refrigerator was leaking from behind where water connects and all they would do is bring me a heater to dry it up, so I had to pull it and shut it off. Will not give deposits back. They made an excuse that I scratched there crappie countertops up lol when they actually looked worse before I got there. Mailboxes constantly got broken into and they would tell nobody, only... reason I know is because one day I whent to check the mail and the whole door was broken and all the mailboxes had been ransacked. They are apart of vesta realty. DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. Please save your time, health, as well as mental sanity and do not move here. It is a scam and it is a waste. I had a brain tumor removal surgery in 2020 and extreme heat increase seizures and the office nor company has cared enough to get my AC fixed in over a month. I’ve had to go to the ER twice now because of it and they still won’t fix the AC nor offer me compensation. Vesta reality and Wedgewood does not care about your... well-being. Do not move here whatsoever. The office staff seems very nice but they do not follow through with your requests.
