The fully equipped kitchen includes dining seating for 4 people, cooking essentials, a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans. The first bedroom offers a comfortable Double bed with a memory foam mattress, room darkening shades, a closet with hangers and shelf, and side tables with night lamps. The second bedroom features two single beds with memory foam mattresses and room darkening shades. The bathroom is stocked with a standing shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, mirror, and essential toiletries.
Free street parking is available. Guests are required to bring their own towels.
Enjoy a prime location with waterfront relaxation, swimming, fishing, boating, and BBQ dining. Complimentary kayaks are available for your enjoyment.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If you must smoke, please do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Late check-outs will be charged $100/hour. Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for a maximum of 2 hours at $25/hour, subject to availability. A noise and smoking monitoring device is installed on the property. There is one camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior that records image and sound 24/7.
