There is a strict no smoking and no parties policy at this apartment. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. A noise monitoring device is installed in the unit that tracks volume decibels, but does not record audio. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay, after which guests are responsible for providing these items. Guests acknowledge the risks connected with activity using the hot tub, lawn games, and any activity in the surrounding area, and agree not to hold the property management company, the co-hosts, or the owners of the home accountable or bring legal action against them. Guests also acknowledge the risk involved with activities using bikes and/or lawn games, including, but not limited to, sprains, slips and falls, or other physical injuries. This property is located in cottage country so mosquitos, flies, and in rare cases, small wild animals could be seen in the area. Windows and doors should be closed when not in use to prevent pests from entering the cottage. The partner is not responsible for any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself.
