Look at the Google reviews and ignore the bots they are paying/residents they are giving a discount to write reviews saying its great place.
It's problem after problem, hot water doesn't work most days, A/C SUCKS and you pay for it, garbage chutes never works, the parking is a nightmare and goodluck getting a spot assigned to you. To top it all off the management here is probably some of the rudest people I've ever dealt with. They threatened one of the residents in this building already, they... ignore you and don't respond to requests to have things fixed and they scam you into renting and then ghost you if a single problem arises.
PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE!

Horrible
We live here now! Don’t move in….
- A/C doesn’t work - no dog run - pet spa is a sink - parking is a nightmare - management is horrible - no hot water some days - garbage chute doesn’t work some days - no storage - parking fees are different for everyone DO NOT MOVE here
