The stove has a red light on even when not in use, and the sofa recliner in the living room is slightly damaged and should be kept near the wall. No smoking, vaping, or use of weed or any illegal drugs is permitted on the property; a $200/day deep cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Unauthorized parties or events are not allowed; unauthorized events may result in a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Due to severe allergies, the home must remain pet-free with no exceptions; $500 fines will apply for any violation.
