The upper level boasts four additional bedrooms, including Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed and an en-suite full washroom, and three Queen bedrooms. A common full-size shared washroom and a laundry area with a washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies are also on the upper level. The fully furnished basement offers a foosball table for indoor games.
Free parking is available for 4 cars on the driveway and 1 garage parking spot. Daily or mid-stay cleaning services are available at an additional cost: $350 for regular cleaning and $280 for basic cleaning (excluding laundry).

No smoking or vaping is permitted on the property, with a $200/day deep cleaning fee if smoking is detected. Unauthorized parties or events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. Guests are asked to leave no more than 2 bags of trash after check-out and to follow trash removal instructions. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Garage access is not available. Guests without any profile reviews, with less than 5-star ratings or with any negative host feedback may be asked for a refundable surety deposit for their stay.
