Guests can access the entire property, including the use of the dock and the swim platform/island. Please note that the dock is suitable for small watercraft only, less than 20ft. Additional garbage bags beyond the included two are available for $10 each, up to a total of five bags. More than five bags will incur a $150 flat fee.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM sharp. Please read the digital guide sent before check-in to familiarize yourself with the property, amenities, and safety procedures. Treat the home with care and respect the space and furnishings. No smoking indoors, which may result in a $1,000 fine. No shoes inside. No pets allowed unless previously authorized. Quiet hours start at 9 PM, and no loud or excessive noise after 11 PM. Outdoor music, yelling, or disruptive behavior is not allowed at any time. Violations may result in a fine or forfeiture of your security deposit. Outdoor security cameras are in place for your safety. The maximum of 4 guests is included in your booking. Campfires must be fully extinguished before bed or when leaving the property. Please keep outdoor spaces tidy and respect noise levels, especially by the lake and firepit. Do not pour oil, coffee grounds, or food down the sink. Only toilet paper in the toilet — no paper towels, feminine products, or other materials. Do not leave garbage outside — it attracts wildlife. Place all garbage in the bins provided. Please wash your dishes before leaving. Try to leave the cottage as you found it. Failure to follow these rules may result in a $150 fine, loss of your security deposit, or early termination of your stay.
