The full forest to the north and east provides excellent privacy and a serene backdrop. The cabin is accessible for guests, with two storage rooms locked for owner and cleaner use only.
Guests have access to the shared boat launch and dock access lot. Please be respectful of these shared spaces.

Smoking in the unit is strictly prohibited, including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, medical marijuana, and all illegal substances. A fine of $500.00 will be charged if a smoking violation occurs. Guests shall not make any alterations to the unit or damage its contents, bring any hazardous substances, violate any laws or condominium rules, disturb other occupants, bring pets without written consent, place anything other than toilet paper into the commode, use the unit for any commercial purpose, or sublease or assign any rights without written consent. Neither the Manager nor Owner shall be liable for any accidents or personal injury by Guests while they are in the condo or on the resort property, or while they are using items from the condo at the beach.
