Search up Shane Shakeshaft on Google. Apart from the numerous other issues this and it's twin building has faced over the past 10 years, they were complacent in a woman losing her life in that building brutally, from another tenant that should of been long removed from the building, but horrible management did nothing.

This is the kind of place I’d recommend to someone who wants new-ish, clean, and where things generally work. Happy with the move so far.
PS, they just renovated the halls, the new gym is opening soon and as per the location transit stops are super close which is just perfect.
