The master bedroom boasts a KING-size ENDY mattress with soft cotton linens and a goose-down duvet, a vanity station, and a crib is available. The master bathroom is spa-like with a free-standing tub, standing shower, and makeup vanity. Bedroom 2 offers a QUEEN-size bed with high-quality linens. The second full bathroom is fully stocked with fresh towels and essentials. The game room is a Mario-themed fun zone with a foosball table, Connect 4, a pullout couch, a collection of board games, and theater-style lighting. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay. Guests are responsible for providing these for the remainder of their stay. In winter, guests may need to shovel the private driveway if needed. Propane for the BBQ may need to be refilled at a nearby gas station. Due to the cottage country location, guests may encounter mosquitos, flies, and small wild animals. Guests are required to remove all garbage and recycling from the property upon checkout. Alternatively, the cleaning team can dispose of garbage for $45 per bag if arranged in advance, with a penalty of $50 per bag for any garbage left behind without prior notice.
