There is a strict no smoking and no parties policy. Violations of these policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay, after which guests are responsible for providing these items. During winter, the private driveway is shoveled, and the main road is plowed by the city, but the property is not responsible for any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. The property will try its best to keep the propane filled, but guests may need to visit the gas station 10 minutes away if it is empty. This property is located in cottage country, so mosquitos, flies, and in rare cases, small wild animals could be seen in the area. Windows and doors should be closed when not in use to prevent pests from entering the cottage. [SI]
