No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property, and a $200/day deep cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Unauthorized parties or events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. Due to the owner's severe allergies, pets are not allowed, and $500 fines will apply for any violation. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please ensure everything is left as it was upon arrival and do not move any furniture to prevent property damage. Garage access is not available.
