No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere on the property, and a $200/day deep cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected. Unauthorized parties or events may lead to a $1,000 penalty and cancellation. Due to the owner's severe allergies, pets are not allowed, and $500 fines will apply for any violation.
