For a smooth and secure check-in, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and smoking or vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around this property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Guests are asked to clean up after themselves and any pets, as large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. The dishwasher and blender are temporarily unavailable, and the maintenance team is working to resolve the issue. This property does not have air conditioning, but fans are provided for comfort.
SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
