Roaches and Ants everywhere

A week after moving in, we found ants crawling on the Bathroom, and saw at least 3 roaches in the kitchen area. Management called pest control right away and it’s been few weeks but ants are still here. And they charged us $120 for it. Also sometimes water and bubbles come out of the drain pipe in the kitchen sink for some reason. This is loud when that happens. If you’re thinking about moving in, make sure that you are ready to deal with all of these problems.
