There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
