This bright, airy condo features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer combo, oven with stove-top, and microwave. Enjoy spacious living and dining areas, a private balcony with fantastic views, and a separate bedroom with a luxurious king-size bed. The living room also includes a sofa bed, and in-suite laundry machines and central air conditioning add to the convenience.
On-site public parking is available underneath the building for $34/day with in & out access. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days for an extra fee and must be booked in advance.
Station Park is situated in the heart of Downtown Kitchener, offering easy access to an evolving downtown with incredible local eateries, shops, businesses, and activities. It's conveniently located in the hub of the city's artistic and cultural core, with numerous events, festivals, museums, and galleries. Within a five-minute drive, you'll find 92 retail shops, 57 restaurants, and 16 entertainment venues. The building is also within walking distance of several major public transportation hubs.
There are noise monitoring devices in the units that are activated if there is a significant level of noise to ensure that all guests are considerate of those around them. There will be a fine and a zero-tolerance/one-strike policy for any activity that disrupts the neighbors. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around the property. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. A $125 replacement fee will apply if the fob is not returned at the end of your stay. Construction is still in progress around the neighborhood and work may occur during the day. Building amenities are managed by Station Park and may not be available during your stay. The swim spa and hydro plunge pool are currently unavailable for use. We are not responsible for any unreceived parcel delivery or shipping orders.
The dining table doubles as a laptop-friendly workstation, and the condo has high-speed internet service.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
