Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place.

The apartment is full of issues and feels like “Bugmont” because of constant bug(cockroach) problems. Despite submitting multiple maintenance requests, nothing gets fixed — instead, requests are closed without any action. The current building manager is extremely rude, arrogant, and unprofessional, never responding to emails or calls. Don’t be misled by the positive reviews — the reality is very different. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. There are frequent water shutdowns.

I’d give em 0 stars if I could

Every year I get straggler roaches from other units.. 6 YEARS IN A ROW. & now there is an ant infestation LOL. Greenwin is the absolute worst, this building is the worst. Don’t rent here, unless you like upending your entire apartment every year because you have to spray for ROACHES. It’s a lot of work. Don’t do it. I wish I did better research. RUN.
