Guests have access to a private driveway which can accommodate two regular-size vehicles. Guests also have full, private access to the driveway, backyard patio, and newly installed fire pit. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

Quiet hours start at 10 pm until 8 am the following morning. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $1000.00 fine. Pets are welcome, but they are not allowed on fabric couches/chairs and beds; any evidence or damages will require additional cleaning and will be charged back to your reservation. No parties or undeclared social gatherings are allowed, and guests will be charged $500.00 for breaking this rule. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests. Lock all windows and doors if you are not home. Security cameras monitoring the entrance of the home are in place for the safety and security of the home and our guests; do not touch/tamper with these cameras, as any form of tampering will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
