The rear fire escape is for emergency use only, and stairs must be clear of all obstructions. The rear door and wooden gate must be closed at all times. A late check-out penalty of $100/hr. after 11:00 a.m. applies. Abuse of listing rules may result in additional charges and reservation termination.
