Queen Victoria Park is approximately 3 km away, about 5 minutes by car or 50 minutes by walk. Clifton Hill Entertainment District is approximately 3–4 km away, about 6–8 minutes by car. Oakes Park is approximately 1.5 km away, about 3 minutes by car or 15–20 minutes walk. Frequent Niagara Region Transit buses connect to major attractions.
Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking or illegal substances inside the house will result in a $500 fee with extra cleaning fees. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Any damages caused to furniture or linens may be subject to charges for replacements. There is a camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7.
