Call for viewing, rude

Called to inquire about a listing
The nice gentleman who answered told me calling back in 20min would be ok

So I called back and good lord the woman who answered was unprofessional l, rude and miserable
I asked one question and she told me her day was terrible and she was so busy, that I was told to call back on Tuesday (which I wasnt) and I was lucky I she even picked up the phone.
Continue to be unprofessional and offended when all I asked was to see the rental and just said I was... inquiring
It would be horrible to deal with this woman
