Terrible management, neglectful

The apartment from the outside looks nice. But once you live here, it’s a different story.

Once they had replaced the management, it just went downhill. There’s way too many students who bring God knows what into the building. There’s cockroaches in the hallway, in the apartments itself. The garbage is so neglected, when it’s garbage day, they have the garbage trucks just sitting in the way of the gate, so I can’t get out, which results in me being late for work.
The price for a studio... apartment is crazy. Red flag is them offering free & discounted rent.
Look somewhere else, save ur money.
