This This 3 Storey building located in the East of Ottawa, features unfurnished 2 bedroom apartments, available on a long term basis. Our apartment provides amenities such as kitchen, fridge, oven, stove, WIFI (35$ extra a month), parking (15$ dollar extra a month) and coin operated laundry machines located in a shared laundry room in the basement of the building. Hydro is not included (can be included for extra 50$ extra a month). We have an apartment located on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.

- Sound and Light Show on Parliament Hill every night after dark between early July and early September. Huge images are projected onto the Parliament Buildings, using them as a giant screen. It's magnificent!
Getting Around
Ottawa has some of the best public transit in North America and is easily accessible from the apartment.
There is public transportation 2 minute walk from the building. There is the #5 bus and #12 bus (takes you downtown)
Other Things to Note
Our Washer and Dryer are Coin Operated machines located in a shared laundry room found in the basement of the building.
