Lovely place to live

Hillside Apartments is an easy place to feel at home. The building is very secure, with controlled access and thoughtful safety features that help residents feel comfortable coming and going at any time. Inside, the common areas are well kept, and the overall vibe is calm and community oriented.

The apartments themselves are functional and comfortable, with practical layouts and good natural light. Maintenance is responsive, and the property team does a solid job keeping everything running... smoothly. The location is also a big plus, convenient for getting to everyday essentials without a long commute. Overall, Hillside is a great choice if you want a clean, well managed, secure building with a reliable living experience that is close to campus!

Worst Management Team

Since they changed property managers, everyone is unreachable. I can’t speak directly to anyone to solve my issues. Even for the most simple questions, I get forwarded to voicemail or get promised a call back that never comes. Don’t waste your time here because they will waste yours!
