Tanya and Wayne were the best and most professional property managers I’ve come across whilst living in Peterborough and attending Trent. They went above and beyond to make sure the apartment was in excellent and clean condition upon move in, and throughout the year if any issues arose, they’d take care of it in less than 24 hours. In fact, Tanya and Wayne were such great property managers I had recommended an apartment of theirs to a close friend, who now happily rents from them.
The rent and offered utilities/services were quite fair and the location of the apartment was within walking distance of the bus stop, stores, and laundry to name a few. I never felt like anything was too far. Everything was very well managed and organized in such a manner that I had very little to worry about regarding the building or any maintenance issues.
