Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. Violations of the no-smoking and no-party policies will result in a $1000 fine respectively. The property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device. There is 1 camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior and records image and sound 24/7. Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay, and it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. We are not responsible for any issues with ice and snow on the driveway or on the road itself. Winter weather can be unpredictable, please be prepared to shovel if needed. The levels of snow vary greatly from the city.
