Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as it's a family neighborhood. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and violations of this policy will result in a $1000 fine. There is a noise monitoring device installed that tracks volume decibels, but does not record audio. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay, and it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide these for the remainder of their stay. During winter, the hot tub may lose heat and temps might drop in extreme temperatures (-20C or below).
