There is a $1000.00 surcharge for groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and partying guests will be asked to vacate immediately without refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the property or on the balcony, with a $1000.00 fine and termination of the reservation for evidence of indoor smoking. Unregistered guests are not permitted, and a surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance. If the key and fob are missing or damaged, the cost for replacement is $400.00+hst. A $100.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 am. Please use laundry conservatively, with only a quarter of liquid detergent per full-sized load.
