As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection
MID-STAY CLEANING
For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
