The minimum age for booking is 25 years. For reservations with 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18, but with an increased deposit. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out may be possible if you notify us well in advance. If any case of smoking inside occurs, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, the deposit will not be refunded.
