Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away.
No on-site parking is available; however, nearby options include a paid overnight parking lot (10–15 minute walk) and GreenP street parking (up to 3 hours). As this condo is located in a vibrant area, you may occasionally hear street noise and sounds from neighboring units. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises. All guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection
MID-STAY CLEANING
For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
