Unregistered guests are not allowed, and a surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Check-in and check-out times are mandatory unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance, and a $100 per hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11 am. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.
