Rent a pack 'n play for $29 (one-time fee) or a highchair for $19 (one-time fee). A new Baby Bundle, including a pack 'n play and highchair, is available for $39 (one-time fee). For stays of 7+ nights, mid-stay cleaning is available for an additional fee, and it is required for stays of 21+ nights. Please book 48–72 hours in advance, and guests must step out during service.

Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered parcels and recommend avoiding online orders, as delivery times cannot be guaranteed within your stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $250 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection

For stays of 30+ days, a complimentary monthly cleaning is included. The partner will reach out to schedule it at a convenient time each month to maintain a fresh, welcoming space.
