The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and essential cookware. Unwind in the living area with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV. The modern bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, and a shower/tub combo. For your convenience, the unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer, and is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.
Secure underground garage parking is available for $25 per vehicle per night, with space for up to three cars. Free street parking is available from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. A rollaway bed is available for $30 per night upon request, with at least 12 hours' notice required before check-in. Early check-in and late check-out are available for $30 each, subject to cleaner availability and with advance request. Child and infant amenities, including a pack and play (travel crib), are available upon request with at least 72 hours' notice for amenities and 48 hours' notice for a pack and play. Pet-friendly stays are welcome with an additional cleaning fee per pet: $100 for 1-4 nights, $200 for 5-14 nights, $300 for 15-25 nights, and $350 for 25+ nights. Up to 2 pets are allowed, and notification before arrival is required.

Please adhere to check-in and check-out times; a $50.00 per hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 10 AM. An undeclared guest surcharge of $100 per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Evidence of unregistered pets will result in a $250.00 fine. Guests are responsible for their own supplies once the initial provided are consumed. Mail and package delivery to the listing address is not recommended due to inability to accept responsibility for missing or damaged items. A replacement fee of $150 will be charged if the key is not returned to the lockbox. A $50 replacement fee will be charged if the lock on the cleaning closet is damaged.
