Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $20 per night ($10 CAD if you book 15 nights or more). A travel crib (for babies 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night. Pets are allowed for a fee of $20 per pet per night, but confirm the opportunity prior to booking. Guests have access to the gym, indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the building.

The minimum age for booking is 25 years, but for reservations of 7 nights or more, it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. Check-in is after 3PM, and check-out is before 11AM. Late check-out is possible upon submission of advance notice and will be reviewed and accommodated if possible. The apartment is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector. If the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation, the reservation may be canceled immediately without any refund.
