Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited everywhere on the premises, with a $750 deep-cleaning and deodorizing fee for any evidence of smoking. Illegal drugs are strictly forbidden. Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM, and check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty fee of $200 per hour.
