Guests whose information does not match the provided details will not be allowed into the building. There is a strict no-party policy, with video surveillance at the front door and a noise detector to monitor noise levels. Violations may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building, and any detected smoke will result in reservation cancellation and charges of $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees.
