Any type of smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building, and triggering the smoke detector will result in a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the reservation, and any additional guests must be informed in advance. Failure to comply with these policies may result in reservation cancellation without refund. Guests are required to provide their names and ID details to condo management prior to arrival, including a selfie with their ID as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building.
