Pets are welcome with a fee of $20 per night for one pet. A travel crib for babies 0-18 months and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night; please book these in advance.

A no-party policy is enforced; the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests and noise level to prevent parties. The trusted partner reserves the right to cancel reservations immediately without refund if the number of guests exceeds the specified amount. Any additional guests must be informed in advance. A no-smoking policy is strictly enforced; the unit is equipped with a remote smoke detector. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and smoke odor is detected, the partner reserves the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge a $150 service call fee and $200 cleaning fees. [SI]
