Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as this is a family neighborhood. Violations of the no-smoking or no-parties policy will result in a $1000 fine. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided at the beginning of the stay for stays of one week or longer. During winter, while the private driveway is shoveled and the main road is plowed by the city, guests should be prepared to shovel if needed due to unpredictable weather.
