If the smoke alarm is triggered or the smell of smoke is detected, a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests' names, ID details, vehicle, and license plate numbers are required by condo management prior to arrival. A selfie with your ID is required as an anti-fraud measure. Guests whose names or IDs do not match the provided information will not be allowed into the building.
