Smoking is prohibited inside the unit or building, and any violation will result in immediate reservation cancellation and charges of $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees. There is a no-party policy, and the unit is equipped with video surveillance at the front door and a noise detector. Exceeding the number of guests specified in the reservation may result in immediate cancellation without refund. Guests must be 25 or over to check in, and provide their names, ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers if parking is required. A selfie with the ID is required as an anti-fraud measure.
