Paid underground parking with in/out privileges is available upon request for $25 per night, or $15 per night if you book for at least 15 nights. Travel cribs (for 0-18-month-old babies) and bed rails are available for $5 per item per night.

If the smoke alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fee. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if you require a parking spot).
