The house includes a spacious en-suite full bathroom and a second full bathroom with a clawfoot bathtub and shower, both stocked with essential toiletries. A half bathroom is also available.

Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. No parties are allowed as this is a family neighborhood. Violations of the no-smoking or no-parties policy will result in a $1000 fine respectively. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay for stays of 1 week or longer, and it will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
