Every guest must provide their personal information prior to check-in. Guests whose names or ID do not match the provided information are not allowed into the building. The minimum age for booking is 18 years. The apartment is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. The partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform the partner in advance. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the apartment or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you $150 for a service call and $200 for cleaning fees.
