No pets unless expressly approved in writing prior to arrival. Guests must maintain the unit in a clean and respectful condition. The unit must be left in a rent-ready condition at checkout. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning or repair costs may be charged through the booking platform. Guests are responsible for securing the unit and their personal belongings. The host is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. The unit may be used for legal residential purposes only. Illegal activity will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Temporary outages or building amenity closures may occur and are outside the host’s control. No refunds or compensation will be provided for such outages or closures. Failure to comply with these House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. Check-in is after 5:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
