Guests must maintain the unit in a clean and respectful condition, and the unit must be left in a rent-ready condition at checkout. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear. Temporary outages or building amenity closures may occur and are outside the host’s control, and no refunds or compensation will be provided for such outages or closures.
